AMAZING: Design master shows us the iPhone 6 and next-gen iPad mini like we've never seen them before
We have seen dozens of dummy mockups of Apple's next-generation iPhone 6 over the past few months, and the odds are very good that we can expect Apple's actual iPhone 6 to resemble them when it launches sometime this fall. But according to a recent report from Nikkei , which has a very good track record when it comes to Apple's unreleased devices, these iPhone 6 mockups feature a massive design flaw compared to Apple's real next-generation smartphone that will completely change the look of the device.
Thankfully, we can now see what Apple's iPhone 6 might look like without that big flaw, courtesy of one of the best in the business.

The worst thing about iOS 7.1
iOS users that have not yet upgraded to the latest OS version may have a good reason to stay away from it even though it offers several improvements and refinements, and it's not the fact that iOS 7.1 breaks the evasi0n jailbreak. Users who have upgraded to iOS 7.1 have complained on Twitter and on Apple’s support forums that they’re experiencing battery issues. Apparently, the batteries on many different Apple device models are draining faster with iOS 7.1 installed than with a previous version.

Preview: ‘MLB 14: The Show’ gets you to the action faster
It wasn't until last year that I finally took a chance on baseball. It was the outcome of a single, crazy, stressful game early in the season that pulled me in, and over 100 games later, I was hooked. However, I could do without the endless pitch counts, which is why MLB 14: The Show might be the first baseball game I pick up since middle school.

Now armed with a floundering phone company, Lenovo says it wants to crush Apple and Samsung
Motorola launched two Moto-branded phones last year that each received critical acclaim. The Moto G was a remarkably affordable entry-level smartphone with a design and performance that surprised reviewers. The Moto X was a customizable beauty, built to order right here in the United States. But as we learned on Thursday afternoon when Google reported its fourth-quarter earnings, Motorola still couldn't find a way to stem the bleeding as the phone maker recorded yet another quarterly loss. So now, Motorola is someone else's problem.

Think Google is evil? Apple wants to target ads based on your mood...
To some, Google's acquisition of Nest brought visions of a terrifying (and perhaps, "evil") future where the advertising giant tracks our every move and serves us ads based on not just our behavior online, but also our behavior in the real world. Monitoring hardware like the Nest thermostat and smoke detector could conceivably send Google data detailing how often we take trips to the refrigerator and what time we go to sleep each night, as well as data on thousands of other actions, to build profiles of our offline lives and serve ads based on our behavior. As scary as that is, Apple is investigating technology that takes the concept one step further and serves ads based on our mood.
